Greek yogurt and/or a piece of fruit. A small amount of nuts. Cottage cheese. A few cheese and crackers or peanut butter and crackers (I like Triscuits). Half a sandwich, or a whole one depending on your calorie allotment.2

Yup....carrots and ranch dressing, fruit and peanut butter, soup,0

When you ask for meals that "are not too heavy" are you experiencing any digestion issue with working nights?0

Just a silly question, but I've noticed that people often advocate fruit and peanut butter, or, I see above, crackers with peanut butter. I am curious as to the quantities suggested/used most often.2

It kind of depends on your calorie goal and how the rest of your day is planned. Maybe if you can give an idea of the calorie total you're looking for in the meal, you may get some usable suggestions. I'm also curious about the "not too heavy" description. What is it you're trying to avoid? That info will help determine meal suggestions0

You can have a yummy salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, basil and a bit of feta cheese for 200-250cals... or 15 nuts... or 2 tbsp peanut butter. Personally I always go for the salad bowl.
But seriously guys... Nuts?! The OP is hungry!7 -
When I need a light meal, my go to is always a bag of Birds Eye steamers or Green Giant (if you have access to a microwave at work.)0

What do you consider heavy or too many calories? Do you want to cook at 10 or 11? Have your nutritional needs been met for the day pretty much or do you need protein or vegetables? Are you looking for a snack or a meal?
If it were me I'd probably just make a sandwich or eat some yogurt with some granola and blueberries. A small quick snack might be a granola bar or piece of fruit.

Yogurt
Cottage cheese
Oatmeal

Baked potato

I go by the product serving size, so usually 6 Triscuits (120 calories) and 2 TBSP Skippy Natural peanut butter (190) calories. I'm not a fan of the fruit/peanut butter combination, but I like a reduced fat cheese stick with a small apple or half a large apple.

Cottage cheese and fruit is one of my favorites. I get the cherry mixed fruit cups sweetened with monk fruit for 35 cals.0
