STRESS eater?

Its been about 5 years since i had my daughter. I was 130lbs before she came along and once i was at full term i ballooned up to 190lbs! >_< well since then i have been up and down in my weight loss journey. currently i am at 193lbs. i see myself in the mirror everyday and i hate what i see. This is NOT whom i want to be.

I know, i know... we all KNOW what we have to do to lose the weight but its not easy.

Ive always cracked jokes about my own weight i guess before someone else does and i feel worse. I'm trying new thing were i actually reach out to others and possibly help each other.

what i have found is that at times throughout the day i feel very anxious and i look to food for comfort even if I'm not hungry. not out of boredom but stress!

how do you guys deal with stress? do you find yourself in the same situation?
anything helps guys, if you have a success story please share. :)
