I’ve lost 60 lbs and have the dreaded Flabby Arms! Is there an exercise to do to help or is surgery the only way?!?

Did you lose weight very quickly? The good news is time will help, the skin will tighten in somewhat but you can help the flab by lifting weights or by body weight exercises. There are various workouts available on Youtube which aim to reduce arm flab.

The only way to reduce the arm flab is surgery, time, or filling in the skin with something else. Say muscle.

I vote for building muscle. Also works to reduce saggy skin on your upper thighs after weight loss. Gravity gets us all in the end, but muscle keeps us stronger and more independent as we age.

floor yoga. lifting weights. floor yoga builds my arm muscles simply because I use the arms to hold myself up or balance myself...built my arms nicely.
