Getting out of the rut I’m in!

Hi I’m Taylor! I’m a mommy of 2 beautiful toddlers! Married to the love of my life! I’m a stay at home mom! I have been in a rut for several months now and it’s high time I get out of it!! I need to get back to a good daily routine. To live a healthy lifestyle!! Anyone else is a similar situation? We can help motivate and keep each other going!!

I am a stay at home mom too. I have a two year old and a crawling baby, born 17 months apart and I could use the support as well!1

I have a 3 year old and an 18 month old! It’s been so hard for me to maintain a good workout schedule for months now. I feel all I want to do is sleep! I’m tired all the time and my energy is so low. I’m to the point where I can’t stand to feel this way anymore. I have to change my lifestyle and get in a better routine!2

Hi! I’m 32 and have 3 boys... ages 13, 8, and 3. I am also a stay at home mom and am always feeling too tired to workout. Would love a group of other stay at home moms to help keep me motivated and on track. Ive gained and lost weight so many times since childhood and I would just like to adopt a healthy lifestyle and be able to live it out forever.1

Hey Ladies! I’m not a mother yet lol, but I can only imagine how difficult it must be to have Mommy duties and still have time to workout and eat well! I’m 27. Engaged. And I live a pretty social lifestyle which has caught up with me! I fell off the rocker a few years back and now the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life! Since starting back with my fitness pal though I’ve lost 4 lbs in 17 days! So I’m super excited! I’m looking for friends to share this journey with! Even though our paths are different we all have the same goal!1
