My pre season transformation

Hello,
I'm Sebastian.. I'm new to this app , but decided to give it a try to keep track of my food intake !
Im 6 weeks away from a new season in handball, and I decided to start a weight cut.

im 3 weeks in and started at 217 lbs... im now down to 209.

The goal is to ge to 190-195.

I need to get quicker and more agile as my sport requires it .
So I thought it would be fun to post around here in the community !

My workouts is pretty much full body split 5x a week with a plyometric day when I do shoulders.
Food wise Im pretty high on protein with a decent amount of carbs . I run in the morning before work and lift weights at around 8 pm. So far it's very draining on the body but so very worth it !
