What's up everybody?

I'm new to MFP. I'm a 26 year old male. Heavily into weightlifting, running, and general nutrition. Currently 5'11", 170 pounds, very low body fat.

Goal is maintain current body composition and SLOWLY build muscle (0.5-1 pound per month). Effectively I would like to get bigger very very slowly while maintaining or slightly reducing my bf%.

I have an open food diary and encourage people to check it out. Also very interested in making 'friends' with open diaries to see what people are eating, what their goals are, and how they are doing. Currently I ONLY use MFP for tracking food, so I don't log workouts, record my weight and/or progress, etc.
