150 pounds down, ready to finish this off

hey! My name is Mike, I'm from North Carolina. I'm a stand up comic and I used to be 460 pounds. I'm now 312, but I've been stuck there for a while now. I work out hard, but I binge eat or indulge too often for the results to come like they could. Looking for a community to motivate each other and help be accountable.
Like I said, I actually enjoy the work out part. I lift a few times a week, but mostly working towards a 30 minute 5k (At ~38min right now). I started training about October last year and am signed up for my first 5k race this upcoming October! It's a wild feeling to come this far from week1day1 of couch25k.
I go stretches where I do amazing with nutrition, followed by a couple days of hitting the fast food circuit with a few deliveries in between. My exercise has never waned, but I wish I could keep the same commitment to my diet. I've flirted with periods of going vegan, intermittent fasting, calorie counting, keto...I've come to learn you have to do what works for you as long as it works and its healthy
