I want to add exercise into my diet but since I have not been physically active for a while I am not sure where to start. I have been walking with my kids but even that gets a little repetitive sometimes. I need something that is fun that is a challenge. Any suggestions?

There are quite a few videos on youtube with a lot of different varieties of exercises. I'd just peruse there, and try a few till you find one that you think is fun. A lot of people consider Zumba fun and there's quite a few of those videos to choose from.
Also, you can join a gym or hire a personal trainer for a few weeks.0 -
What do you enjoy doing? There are so many possibilities (running, biking, swimming, tennis, weight lifting, soccer, etc etc ) that your choice should be based on what's going to be fun for you.0

The library is an excellent resource for trying before buying. I've gotten loads of videos from mine when I needed a change.
You might like a class like Zumba or Hip Hop or spinning. Dancing around like an idiot to some fun music with your kids is a fun workout, too, and kids love it, at least mine do!0
