Ritual Vitamins -- anyone tried them? Thoughts, reviews?

Considering trying those Ritual vitamins that keep popping up all over my social media ads. I've been searching for reviews and the reviews I find are mostly good, but they also appear to be paid reviews so I don't know how much I trust them.

Has anyone tried them? What do you think of them?

A multivitamin that makes a lot of health claims and has fancy packaging. Seems like a good way to piss away money faster. The vitamin seems pretty basic otherwise, nothing to write home about.

Wired had an article about the company last year.

I'd avoid Facebook and Twitter feeds for product recommendations.

Vitamins are pretty cheap to manufacture, so it would seem to me that you're most likely paying for the advertising, packaging, lab tests, capsule materials, office/warehouse space, labour, consultants, printing, the glass vial, and the cost of having it sent to you, than the actual vitamins themselves. You may as well go to the chemists or supermarket for a cheaper own brand that doesn't have expensive overheads, and will probably do much the same thing as the fancy schmancy kinds claim to.
