What do you mean by "eating healthy". What are your goals?
General advice would be to make small incremental changes and give them time to become habits.0 -
I started by letting go of the junk food first. And it worked for me.1

Depends on your goals and how you define healthy. For me, healthy is a balanced diet that includes "junk food" because it's sustainable long term.
Others, however, like to only "eat clean" so healthy depends on your point of view and what you think will work for you.

I'm going to assume your goal is fat loss. If so, then I'd say the best place to start is to measure and track everything you eat in the App and try to eat in a caloric deficit. That's it to begin with. That's step one.
For now forget good/bad foods. Forget macros. Forget this eating plan or the other. Forget about exercise programs and all that stuff. Those things can come later once you're up and running and have a better handle on things.
Start small, start simple, start with the most important thing which is creating a calorie deficit and build from there.

Yaaasssss! I couldn't agree more. It's not realistic (for most of us) to think that we are going to live the rest of our lives never eating junk food, fast food, ice cream, etc. Make room for those occasional treats and I think one would have more success not less.

I don’t know what you eat now, but sense you are looking for a very literal answer to your question....this is what worked for me.
1. cut out fried foods
2. add in tons of fruits and vegetables to crowd out any processed foods
3. Severely limit or cut out alcohol
Just those few things will go a long way.0
