What do you mean by "eating healthy". What are your goals?

General advice would be to make small incremental changes and give them time to become habits.

I started by letting go of the junk food first. And it worked for me.

Depends on your goals and how you define healthy. For me, healthy is a balanced diet that includes "junk food" because it's sustainable long term.

Others, however, like to only "eat clean" so healthy depends on your point of view and what you think will work for you.

Yaaasssss! I couldn't agree more. It's not realistic (for most of us) to think that we are going to live the rest of our lives never eating junk food, fast food, ice cream, etc. Make room for those occasional treats and I think one would have more success not less.

I don’t know what you eat now, but sense you are looking for a very literal answer to your question....this is what worked for me.
    1. cut out fried foods
    2. add in tons of fruits and vegetables to crowd out any processed foods
    3. Severely limit or cut out alcohol

Just those few things will go a long way.
