January 1st, I was 310 pounds. I could barely walk the length of the house without getting out of breath and having to sit down.
This morning, I weighed in at 245. I walked over 75 miles in August. I feel better than I have in 30 years.
It's not a secret. For me, it's boiled down to two things. Eat smart and move more.
I'm just an average guy. I'm doing this. You can too.
