Recommended Activity Monitors

Hey Y'all! I'm in the market for an activity monitor that is compatible with MyFitnessPal. I can't spend a ton of money on it because I'm on a fixed income. Any suggestions?

What activities are you wanting to monitor? I love my Fitbit (currently the Alta) but I do step-based activities and don't need HR numbers.

I'm wanting an all around activity monitor, Android compatible, that can track sleep, workout, calorie burn, etc. If I get one with HR monitoring too, that would be great since my job has me sitting all day but the stress level is pretty intense.

What's your budget? "A ton of money" is kind of vague and relative. Knowing how much you're looking to spend will help people narrow down recommendations/suggestions.

^ Good suggestion, for the possibility of picking up a used one. In that price range, you'll most likely be looking at a used Fitbit/Garmin device, or one of the Chinese knockoffs on a site such as Amazon (search "activity tracker" on Amazon, there are numerous manufacturers offering them there). I can't offer any recommendations of any of those and I'm not sure if any of them will connect with MyFitnessPal, directly or indirectly.
