Hello - I’m 44 and time to get to grips with food - I’m looking to develop a sustainable long term approach which fits in with my current hectic lifestyle rather than a draconian approach, and I don’t want to cut out any foods as all I do is suddenly obsess about them.
Exercise wise, I go to the most awesome gym with circuits/ weights, am starting the couch to 5k and do some yoga. Favourite exercise is dumbbell snatches - I feel really powerful when doing them and my deadlift/squats are now above my weight ( only just). I’ve just signed up for a climbing course which should be good fun.
