FILLING Snack Ideas!!

Hi all, I'm newly dieting and I need some help. What are some good snacks that are low-cal and FILLING? Because I can tell that's going to be the hardest part, even if I plan a healthy meal I always get hungry between lunch and dinner and before bed...I need something that will fill me up and not use up a lot of my daily calories. (Usually I would get a croissant...but those days are over! lol)
Sooo....what's your fave?
