I injured my groin muscle I need some advice

I don’t know how bad it is because it happened not even an hour ago

My adrenaline is still high from the workout and I’m still pumped but I feel some pain so I imagine it’ll be a lot worse once I cool down

If you’ve ever injured your groin muscle can you give me some advice because I’m not sure what to do

All advice appreciated 🙏🏻

    Rest.. I have done this several times. It's probably going to take 2 weeks or so to heal. No relief, see MD.

    Thanks man I’m feeling ok now I iced it so the inflammation goes down and I’ll take 2 weeks off to let it heal and this time I’ll slowly get the intensity up

    Done it before....I agree with above, rest but it will take time.

    All you can do is rest and go get yourself checked by a doctor.

    +1 million in rest and get it checked. I was stubborn and did neither and the physical imbalances I dealt with from trying to avoid the pain lingered for years.
