Tell me your fav meals that are under 350 calories!

I'm looking to find out what meals other's love that are nutritious and low cal. Do you pack protein? Go for greens? What's your go to?

    My fav is one pan Mediterranean chicken and vegetables. 1 chicken breast, potatoes of choice (chunked), sliced onion, carrots, green beans; drizzle in merinade (olive oil, lemon juice, touch of red wine vinegar, with pepper, oregano, italian seasoning, and a dash of salt) bake covered with tin foil till chicken is done! You can even remove the tinfoil for the last 10 minutes to make it crisp.

    Pretty much every dinner I make is 350 calories or less, so it depends on what you like to eat. In general, I cut calories in dishes by reducing oil, butter, cheese, etc. (sometimes you can just cut back, sometimes oil can be replaced with water or broth) and by replacing some of the carbs with veggies. For example, I recently made a pasta and bean dish that I once would have made with lots of pasta and lots of cheese. I put only a little cheese on top and used less pasta, more beans and tomatoes.

    B/c I cook for my family and we are eating heart healthy most of my meals are under 500 calories but if you skip the sides and just eat the main then under 300 is pretty easy. I LOVE to make all kinds of soups with white beans, black beans, lentils, etc. You can add just about any seasoning and any veggies and it is super low cal and FULL of protein and fiber.
