90 second bread has been a game changer for me. It is great as garlic bread to go with my zoodle spaghetti. You make it without spices for a simple bread to use as a base for your tuna sandwiches, lunchmeat sandwiches or breakfast toast. Or you can add a pinch of oregano and garlic powder to the mix to make it a great side. Simple to make:
1 TBSP melted butter
1 TBSP Almond Flour
1/2 tsp coconut flour (you can skip this if you like)
1/2 tsp of ground flax seed (skip if you like but use it if you don't use the coconut powder. Or you can use both like I do)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg
dash of salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of powder stevia
Use any small round storage container (like a glad or betty crocker red lid round container) no need to grease
mix all the dry ingredients into the melted butter (you can do this right in the container you will cook it in.)
add the egg and mix very well, completely incorporating everything.
Add your salt, sugar and spices if desired.
pop into microwave and cook for 90 seconds on high.
Remove from microwave and immediately tip upside down to remove bread (it will never stick)
Let cool no more than 1 minute and slice on it's side into 3 rounds.
This bread is better untoasted and eaten right away.
It's good with anything, including peanut butter for protein.
If it has any white bits in it, that is egg whites that you did not mix well enough. If this happens too much, just mix it all up in a different bowl then whisk the heck out of it before pouring it into the container you will microwave.
If you want to make square bread you can use the lunchmeat containers you get your lunchmeat in from the store. Just add a bit more almond flour and a touch more butter so you can cook 90 seconds then slice in half sideways for a larger square sandwich.
For the entire recipe it is 2 net carbs (for all the slices). I forget the calories but if you enter the recipe into your MFP it will calculate that for you also.
Enjoy!

I just tried a similar recipe this morning, but it was for keto pancakes.
2 eggs, 2 oz Crm cheese, and a sugar substitute.0 -
Almost too many on webs to count. A search on Pinterest will provide a never ending supply.
http://forum.lowcarber.org
has a recipes subforum that has thousands.
Atkins and Diet Doctor sites have some good ones, too.
Recommend you keep it simple in terms of recipes if you're new to keto. Here's a current favorite of mine. The recipe does call for one small potato, cubed, as part of a lot of other veggies. I include it, but you could just as easily leave it out.

It's delish, the leftovers are just as delish, you can add a fried egg, if you like, for breakfast, or take portions to work for lunch.0
