My hobbies insist of Youtube. swimming, boxing, gym, editing , paintball,shooting and camping.
Why i signed up- because my PT wanted me to haha!
My main goals are to help endurance. I know form and lofting pretty well but i barley do carido activitiezs because i have a constricted lungs (which im working on)
