so i'm on my laptop to see if using MFP is easier on here. Ive installed and uninstalled MFP app on my phone i dont know how many times. Its just too confusing and seems very time consuming having to add everything you eat or drink. I mean how do you calculate say for instance for dinner you had a stuffed pepper and ground beef with salsa and wild rice. How do you calculate things that the app or website doesnt suggest? i dunno maybe i'm an idiot haha either way i'm here to try and figure it out and possibly make some weight loss motivators for myself because i do need it bad.
