Hello my name is Dawn, I’m really excited about my new fitness journey. I wish to lose 15lbs of fat and gain 5-10lbs of muscles ☺️ I plan on tracking my food, running 3x a week, jump roping 2x a week and doing resistance exercises 2x a week with two rest days a week as well.
I would love to make new friends for accountability and also to share tips and encouragement to one another. I’ve been using this app on and off since 2014. Recently I’ve hit a plateau fitness wise so I wish to push forward and get down to my healthy weight of 145 and have better overall cardiovascular health.
In my family we have hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, thyroid issues and so on and I wish to do my best to prevent what I can through a healthy lifestyle.
