I am Annie. I want to lose 2.5 stone, but in a healthy way. I am seagan so I eat a good variety of fruit and veg. I am doing two_3 classes a week. Body tone, body pump and kettles. I don t always manage them all. I walk too.
I love cooking which is just as well as my husband isn t seagan.
I am hoping to lose weight and like what i see in the mirror.
I really like mfp. I did it once before and found the calculstor was a great help. Some days I would nt have eaten enough.

I have already lost 11 lbs since last February and to double that by Christmas.

Any tips or ideas welcome
