Calories Burned Calculation Question

My common cardio exercise is an elliptical trainer. However, I have a question about how many calories I'm burning. Essentially, I have three separate readings and I'm not sure which is most accurate.

Specifications:
Male
31 Years Young
263 lbs

Workout:
45 minutes on an elliptical / cycle
Avg Heart Rate, 143

I have three seperate sources of information for how many calories I'm burning:

The Elliptical Trainer = 400 kcals
Myfitnesspal = 827 kcals
Heart Rate + Age + Gender + Weight Calculation + Time = 721 (Gross kcal burned)

I'm not sure which of the following calculations is most accurate. If I'm basing calculations on the equipment, my food intake should be significantly lower. So, you can see my problem.
