I use the “Quick and Healthy” emeals recipes for majority of our family dinners. They do provide nutrition info per serving, but I have to type in the calories or adjust to the provided calories. For example, if chicken taco meal with 385 cal per serving - I will just pick random chicken taco meal and then adjust serving size to log cals. Anyone else use emeals? And suggestions on logging these? Using the recipe feature is not going to work for me because takes SO long each day to do and I know long term taking 15 minutes to log dinner will not week for me. Thanks in advance.
