Salmon, oatmeal, blueberries, citrus, soy, potatoes, tomatoes, nuts, legumes, EVOO, red wine, green tea, broccoli/spinach/kale, coffee, flaxseeds, avocado, and pomegranate

I think the super foods label is a lot of hype. That said, I eat all of those things regularly (except salmon and wine), and have never been unhealthy or overweight. However, correlation does not equal causation.0
