I’m ‘new’ but I’ve been here for years. Clear as mud? I have lost 21 lbs. so far with regular exercise and eating healthy, whole foods - usually 5 ingredients or less, sugar isn’t a top 3 ingredient, few processed foods. I was wondering if anyone else had read Michael Pollan’s books, and what pointers you may have picked up from them. I personally love them and his Netflix documentary, and his main tip, ‘Eat food, not too much, mostly plants’ has become my mantra! 😁
