Is anyone doing the Whole30 this month? I’m starting today! I’ve been eating keto since July, so I’m going to try to marry the two!

    I've done both and I'm planing to do another whole30 starting tomorrow, with my birthday coming up next week and travel plan later this month, September doesn't seem to be a good timing. But I'll try my best to keep it up. Plus I really need a reset both physically and mentally. If I messed up I'll just start over. No biggie.
