Starting a 30 day plank/squat challenge group!

A friend and I are starting up a 30 day plank/squat challenge group and we'd love to have people join! We would be following a calendar of x amount of plank time and x amount of squats per day (with rest days built in of course). This is a really great way to get fit whether you're just starting to think about getting fit or you've been working at it for years.

The calendar would start out really easy and we'd be able to help you with modifications too if you like. We'll help keep you motivated daily and you can do the same for the rest of us! The whole point is to have a huge group of people keeping each other accountable and motivated.
