I am from Nashville but currently live in Germany. Looking to loose 50 kg in total. Never done anything like this before. This is going to be my first time.

    Welcome to Mfp. This has been my first go counting calories, but it seems to be helping so far (I've been using the site for two weeks) and I hope it'll help you reach your goal too. Do you like living in Germany? I lived there for about a year, but that was back when I was five years old when my dad was stationed in Heidelberg.

    Not bad. I am here for work and enjoying so far. I am Duisburg so it is not as exciting as Heidelberg:)
