Nausea when waking up early!

Hey all! I am taking a pretty rigorous course load this fall for college (18 credits + 50 hours of field work) and I'm seeming to have trouble fitting in workouts with my hectic schedule.

I KNOW it's no excuse to not exercise so I am planning on getting up at 5 A.M the rest of the week to be able to fit my workouts in. I can't let excuses stop my progress again.

Usually if I get up before 7, I get severely nauseous. Any tips on combating this to ensure I get my workouts in?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!😁

Are you getting enough sleep when you get up at 5am? What time are you getting to sleep?

Can you work out later in the evening, don't see that it would make much difference going to bed later rather than getting up earlier?

Also is it necessary to be working out as much as you're planning? Can you find a better balance? Weight management has more to do with the kitchen than the gym, so unless you're training for something specific perhaps you can dial back the workouts and focus more on your intake?

No matter when you are waking up you should be getting enough sleep and if my schedule was as tight as yours I’d be sleeping like a baby so don’t forget to manage your sleep

I get nauseous when I'm exhausted. It can be hard to find the line between making excuses and preserving sanity, but right now the best thing you can probably do is adjust your workout schedule to get more sleep! Exhaustion makes everything such harder, and it's just for this semester, right?
