I (attempted to) sync the mentioned app w MFP and thought I followed all the steps (instructions) but am not seeing my Samsung activity here. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

It works for me just fine. Sometimes it adds extra steps for some reason.
From the MFP app for android, I went to Apps and Devices, clicked Samsung Health, gave my permission to sync, and ticked the items that I wanted to sync. I decided to remove exercise sync because every time you refresh the S health app, it reposts the exercise which is annoying. I refresh the app several times throughout the day especially if I'm active and want to check spare calories.
Afterwards, if you want your steps to sync, you click on the menu button in the android app, go to Steps, and check Samsung Health. Return to the home page and the step counter should match S health.
For me the S Health app and MFP app sync in a more timely fashion than S Health and the MFP website. Every time I want the two to sync, I refresh my S Health app and then the MFP app and it's updated in seconds.
Hope this helps. If not, feel free to message me.1
