Help me tweak my routine!

I'll preface this by saying I hate walls of text, and I feel awful that's what I'm about to do. I'm sorry, but I really need help!
Stats:
Female 5'5.5
152-ish lbs
Hourglass figure naturally
Bust/waist/hips = 37/28.5/40
Backstory: I was a dancer for years, super fit. I went to college and gained weight. A year ago I was 170lbs. Saw a trainer for a year and lost weight. Currently doing it on my own, still trying to lose weight.
My reason for wanting to lose weight is pure vanity. I don't care about being strong and I'm not training for anything. I simply want to be smaller.
So, since working out on my own (it's been just over a month) this is what I've been doing:
Monday-Wednesday-Friday = weight lifting* (45 mins - 1 hour)
Tuesday-Thursday = interval cardio (elliptical, 55 mins, heart rate between 70-85% of max)
*I was doing a dumbbell based routine and have seen good results. I'm way stronger. I will be starting Starting Strength next week, so that will be my new mon-wed-fri routine.
And as far as food goes, all the calculators have put my TDEE at around 2200-2400 (I tried a few different ones and they range from 2000-2400). So I usually try to eat around 1800 a day. I log my food onto My Fitness Pal and have actually been hitting my macros pretty closely. Currently at 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat. So I feel like I'm doing this right. The issue is, my measurements and weight aren't changing. Since starting lifting a month ago and doing this on my own (without a trainer), I only feel stronger, not smaller.
Are my calories too high? Will beginning Starting Strength make a big difference?
I can't figure out why the scale isn't moving anymore. I always get stick around the 150lb range, like that's where my body will settle. I see so many girls on reddit at /r/progresspics who go from being 180 to 130 in a year and I can't figure out why my body isn't changing like theirs. As well, I got my body composition done this morning and it says I'm at an unhealthy BMI and that my body fat is at 30%. Two months ago I was told my body fat was at 22%. So confused!
Any insight you guys have would be amazing. I want this to work so bad and I've been trying so hard!!
