Attempting (again) to break my bad eating habits and finally make a life style change. Exercise has never been an issue for me but eating clean has been. Iβd love some accountability help and assistance in sticking to the process of achieving my goals! ππΌππΌππΌ

Oh, I hate it when smart people keep having false starts!
All eating decisions are yours and yours only. So you're only accoutnable to yourself.
If you want a lifestyle change, be sure that what you're doing isn't just another fad diet.
Clean eating has so many meanings that it doesn't serve any purpose besides act as a distraction.
A healthy diet is balanced and varied. No foods are in themselves healthy or unhealthy. You can eat what you want in moderation.2
