    No idea if there's any truth to it but I feel like since I started drinking tons of water, it's helped mine. I also feel like squats help a lot. But again, both of these are probably massive placebos, and the solution is basically the same as everything else--eat a well-balanced healthy diet, do varied workouts, drink water.

    And light weights? What sort of message are we sending women here? Women can and do lift heavy.
