Vegetarian/Vegan Weight Training/Bodybuilding

Wondering if theres any vegetarian/vegan bodybuilders in here? I'm currently a vegetarian and picked up the vegan bodybuilding book by Robert cheeke. I havent read it all yet, just the 1st few chapters and wanted to get some insight from active builders on what their intake, routine, workouts and other info thatll help me. Thanks!

Howdy. I liked that book but there's a ton of woo in there with the helpful information. There really isn't much needed differently than an omnivore to gain strength and mass on a vegan diet, just a little more attention to protein and nutrient intake via food (eating a balanced diet), getting enough protein, and lifting with an established program or with a trainer.4

Generally speaking vegetarians/vegans are going to need to up their protien intake a tad more than if they were carnivorous.
Paying attention to your leucine intake in particular. Without it, protien synthesis is impossible. I recommend taking a Essential Amino Acids(EAA) to resolve this issue.
Your results will be dependant on you as a individual and how responsive or resistant you are to training with the program you choose.
