Little Victories

While doing one of my exercise videos, I came to the part of the circuit that had me doing plank rows. I've always done them on my knees because I was scared to actually be in plank without having all four limbs in firm contact with the ground, but today I decided to go for it! I didn't get through the entire set on my feet, but I got through most of it!

I also got about half of my pushups done on my feet as well - I'm not getting as deep into them as when I do them modified, but it's progress!
