Loose skin help

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had some advice regarding how to avoid loose skin while losing weight please?

Things known to help:
- Having favorable genetics
- Being fairly young
- Losing weight at a sensibly slow rate
Things thought to help:- Making sure your diet includes adequate quantities of protein, gelatin, and/or collagen
- Keeping the skin supple with lotions & emollients
Thing I can't remember if it's actually known to help with loose skin or not, but it's a good idea anyway:- Exercising tones muscles beneath the skin, and improves circulation to the skin.
Thing worth knowing:- If you have loose skin when you reach your goal weight, it may continue tighten up throughout the first year or so of maintenance.

One huge key to all of your body functions, conditions and health is hydration! Drink lots of water!!! And try to lose weight steadily, not to fast. It gives your skin elasticity a chance to adjust with your weight loss.1
