    There was a cafe/deli in Belfast which only served crisp sandwiches - don't think it lasted mind you!

    Not sure I would go for bread and crisps alone, but chips on a sandwich add some good crunch to the mix

    I think it needs tuna fish. I never tried chips on a PB&J, or can't remember having done so, but tuna sandwiches aren't complete without chips.

    Ham isn't a favorite of mine, and it's already salty enough, but I can see where it might benefit from the crunchy element.
