Hi to all the wonderful peeps out there,
I have recently heard about the metabolic cookbook and I have tried to read up on it but there is not much information out there except the website promoting itself and the product.
Is there anyone on here that has actually purchased this cookbook and is following it?
It seems like another fad and so I thought I would ask all the great peeps out there.
Thanks.

did you check eBay to see if the ones on there are the same book? those are listed for around $15.0

If it is what it sounds like it is (a cookbook that has recipes that promise to increase your metabolism), then don't waste your money on it, because you cannot change your metabolism by changing what you eat, only by changing how much you eat.0

Thanks! Since there is so much info out there, it's hard to separate the bs from the facts.
I have lost 60 lbs and still have another 10 to go to get to goal and boy oh boy is it ever hard. That's why I joined my fitness pal, to try something new.0
