Myfitnesspal pal help me count my macros and allow me to create calorie deficit & hit my protein, fat, and carbohydrate goal. If it fits your macros forget about a diet eat what you like as long as it fits your macros for your goals. Also workout out everyday regularly on a routine workout, don’t run everyday sometimes I workout my cardio with punching bag or play basketball. I don’t even do crunches but I have a strong core from doing deadlifts, squats, and bench which makes my abs poke.
