Standing Ab work

So I get a lot of migraines (3-4/week)
and lying down can really make everything so much worse.
I can do most of my work out standing up/horizontal, but most ab exercises are done seated or lying down.
Can the exercise hive mind provide some other exercises to help work the core (especially lower abs)
This is for core stability, not just to get cut
My chiro wants me to do Dead Bug, but F'ng lying down...

Leg raises can be done standing or seated as can an ab machine if you have one available. As can many exercises using cable machines at the gym.
some of these would work as well: https://greatist.com/move/abs-workout-best-abs-exercises-you-can-do-standing-up3 -
Great link @CoreyColwell.
If your going to the gym try captainchair, or hanging leg lifts and cable pulldowns.
If you feel like taking a class, try bellydancing. No floor work lots of abs work.
Look up stomach vacuums, and practice good posture too. It is surprising how good posture can subtly improve ones abs.
