I sometimes jog at 4.5 mph, but I was not able to find it on the list. Does that mean, it is just too slow to be called jogging?

Don't search jogging, search 4.5 or try walking.0

Unfortunately, 4.5 MPH is listed in the database as Walking, very, very brisk pace rather than Running (jogging).
The only thing I can think is that since a 12 minute mile is considered the national standard for health for youth, it may have translated into things like the MFP database as the first instance of Running (jogging) is at 5 MPH.
But you can always make your own entry in the database for a 4.5 mile jog and use that instead of the walking one if you'd like. I have lots of in between paces that I've entered for myself.0 -
4.5 miles is 7.2 kph which afaic is jogging not walking! Blimey!0
