Hi does anyone know a good ios app to track daily caffeine intake

    Caffeine can be hard to track because it’s only required on labels if it’s added in. Naturally occurring caffeine isn’t listed.

    Just write it down in your notes. Caffeine is labeled on almost every product if it has more than a negligible amount

    Not to mention that things like coffee can vary widely depending on brand, roasting temperature, brewing method, etc.

    I've switched over to exclusively using caffeine anhydrous tablets for ease in tracking/consistency; liquids and chocolate is where most people have trouble tracking.
