Just found out my real weight and kind of depressed...

We realized our scale was off balanced when my sister went to the doctor and the doctors scale said she was 10lbs heavier than our scale said. I decided to order me a new nice one. I thought I weighed 151lbs turns out I weigh 156.8. I know that's not that awful but now I don't know what my real starting weight was. I know I have lost 3 1/2 inches on my waist therefore I know I am improving but that was just really depressing to see that number.

That has happened to me before, it does suck but at least you know the truth now! Besides, if you have lost weight you have still lost weight, the overall trend still stands.0
