I'm looking for some feedback or some constructive criticism on my food diary. Is there anyone that will go into my public food diary and tell me how I'm doing?

Doing, how exactly? You're the judge of that. Are you losing according to expectations? Do you feel happy and energetic? If so, you doing fine.
As for logging - you're not hitting your goals consistently; protein and fat are on the low side most days. There is not much that points towards weighing, so you might be eating more than you think - how is your weightloss trend? Your eating pattern seems a bit erratic, have you really eaten just a slice of bread for lunch, or crackers and cheese for dinner?2 -

On the few days I looked you are not eating sufficient particularly if you are exercising. You seem to be eating a lot of processed foods with some of them having a high sodium content. You may want to keep an eye on your protein levels.2

Are you losing? If so. keep it up The only thing I noticed was that you are not logging your water. I am down 43 pounds(started in Jan28/'18) and I have never tracked sugar, protein, fats, etc. We are all different.0

I went back a month in your diary. You haven't logged 22 out of 30 days. Of those days you did log, you're under 1000 calories half the time. Did you really only eat 85 calories on the 27th. You never reach even the most bare minimum RDA for protein. You need to increase calories, protein, and consistency imo.3
