Peanut butter....Only jumpin's, I went to have a peanut butter cup last night and the calories in it...WOW! And another thing is drink some calories. Do you like French vanilla capps? Those have 450 cals per cup at the chain coffee shops1

Aslong as you are in a calorie surplus you can eat anything and will gain weight. But i assume you want the best bang for your buck? All nuts, nut butter, oils.. Olive, coconut. Dried fruits instead of undried. Milk, full fat of course. Oily fish, pizza, steak pie. You could get really silly to be honest. You lifting weights or just want to gain any kind of weight?0
