I agree it's wonderful when you start seeing the results of your hard work from eating healthier to going to the gym. I didn't start seeing my results until 4 months after I began my weight loss journey but, when I seen it I was very happy. Congrats to you because, it's a great feeling indeed! Congrats to all seeing some results on their journey. I have lost a total of 79lbs, several inches, and gained loads of energy. My diabetes has reversed itself and that alone is relief to me. If I can do it we all can do it once we make that choice to change our unhealthy lifestyles. It's ok to fall down from time to time just make sure you get back up while never giving up!!! 😁
