HELP!

Could someone help me with my TDEE? I keep getting different results from everywhere

Im 5'3 , 172lbs, 27 years old, and do the jillian michaels 30 day shred both level 1 and 2 5-6 times a week.

    68g fat
    141 protein
    83.2g carbs

    dont eat your calories back ---> progression

    thanks its what mfp pretty much has me at and i can barely make 1500 cals a day anyway

    Just to be clear -

    If you are following TDEE -20% (selected at the correct activity level), then you won't eat your exercise calories back.

    But if you are following MFP (once again, selected at the correct activity level with the correct loss per week which I believe for you will be 1lb/week)...then you will need to eat your exercise calories back. (Formula is found on the goals page).

    If you don't have a food scale, get one. They are around $10-$30 and one of the best and necessary investments you can make.

    You can quite easily make that goal. If you couldn't, you wouldn't be looking to lose weight. What you need to do is just eat smarter. This means knowing and including calorie dense foods to help you meet your nutrition goals. Foods like olive oil, avocados, coconut oil, no fat free light or low calorie items, real butter instead of the fake stuff, eggs, oatmeal, bread, pasta, etc.
