- buy a food scale... trust me!
- Find foods/recipes you truly enjoy so you’re able to enjoy the process
- No food restriction/labelling of “good/bad” food
- Find ways to make it a lifestyle that you can stick to

I'll add that implementing gradual and sustainable changes to your existing lifestyle is better than trying to flip a switch and "turn over a new leaf" making a ton of wholesale changes to your life right off the bat.1
