The Flame Broiler...I think I'm in love!!

OK, I may have discovered "fast food heaven" today. The Flame Broiler. Unfortunately, it might be just a Southern California thing...it's hard to tell on the website. BUT, needless to say, this is the very first HEALTHY fast food I have ever found. They serve grilled chicken and steak bowls with or without veggies. You can also request white meat chicken and BROWN RICE!!!!!!! My entire bowl, which was quite large, was 440 calories. The sodium, a frequent downfall of fast food, is also low, around the 400's. Yes, I sound like a commercial, but I'm just so stinkin' EXCITED!!! If there is one in your area, definitely check it out!

    Me too, we have a MacDonalds and a BurgerKing - not quite the same somehow :laugh:

    It does sound wonderful for sure!!
