    I just finished a serve of chicken chilli con-carne served on a bed of cauliflower and broccoli rice. Very yummy and nutritious if I do say so myself.

    Salmon over rice. I'm so proud because I finally built up the courage to buy frozen salmon fillets, thaw them overnight, and bake them. I will be a force to be reckoned with. 👌
